The Terms of Reference for this committee are to:
- Oversee the financial and budget performance of the Board
- Initiate review and implementation of appropriate forms of governance
- Review and implement appropriate training for Board and Panel members and staff
- Supervise marketing and dissemination of information about the Board
- Handle matters referred by the Board, and which the Board feels are particularly
suited to reference to this committee.

The Terms of Reference for this committee are to:
- Consider matters referred to it by the Board
- Develop and monitor complaints management processes
- Develop relevant information resources including a library of decisions
- Develop CMRB policy on matters of legal significance
- Broadly monitor the Board’s activities for legal compliance, including but
not limited to, the CMR Act, as well as employment, competition and equal
opportunity laws.

The Terms of Reference for this committee are to:
- Research and identify the potentially toxic Chinese herbs that should
be included in Schedule 1 of the Drugs Poisons and Controlled Substances
Act 1981
- Develop a draft discussion paper, for consultation, that recommends which
herbs should be included in Schedule 1
- Review submissions and finalise the discussion paper for the Board to then
recommend to the Minister for Health
- Identify the education and training requirements for practitioners in
relation to Schedule 1 herbs.
